Getting Into The Station On Time

You ever notice how when you are waiting for a train if it is like just five minutes late you have a bunch of people on the platform ready to kill someone? Well, that kind of frustration was not something we dealt with when trying to pick our puzzles for this list.

Ultimately, we decided that the ones that looked the coolest were the way to go, we just wish there was a 3D train puzzle of Astrotrain as that would have been number one on our list for sure!

Astrotrain is an awesome Transformer! He is a triple changer, meaning he has three forms, he can be a robot, a jet, and a train that can fly hence the name Astrotrain. As some of these Transformers toys are kind of like puzzles when it comes to changing them, we felt Astrotrain was worth mentioning in this article today.

FAQs About 3D Train Puzzles

Before you get mad that the train is late, check out our FAQ…. It may not help you get to where you want to go on time, but it will help you make the right choice when it comes to buying a 3D train puzzle.

Wood, plastic, or metal?

As you can see from the 3D train puzzles we have looked at today, they are usually made from natural wood, plastic, metal, or even extra-thick carding.

To be honest with you, we would not get hung up on what it is made from and more focus on what you think looks coolest. Although, what the puzzle is made of will affect how you build it.

For example, putting together a metal puzzle is very different from a plastic one. No matter which puzzle you choose, your child is sure to have fun putting it together and showing off their completed creation!

How to display my 3D train puzzle?

This is a personal decision that you have to make yourself. Someone in the Geek’s Oasis office has a Harry Potter collection and they have their Hogwarts Express puzzle as part of that. However, something like the wooden train kit puzzle could pretty much go anywhere in the home and look stylish.

One Last Thing Before The Train Leaves The Station

Thanks for getting on board our 3D train puzzle guide today and helping us find the best of the best when it comes to this style of puzzle. We feel that we have found a pretty solid mixture of cool 3D train puzzles for you to consider today.

They are all so different that really, you just want to go for the one that fits your style, home, or even collection best. Now, if you excuse us, we have a Thomas the Tank Engine set calling our name… for the kids, of course, we mean for the kids!

Thomas the Tang Engine is one of those franchises that just never seems to lose popularity. However, did you know that in 2000 Paramount made a fairly big-budget live-action Thomas the Tank Engine movie that has stars like Alec Baldwin, Peter Fonda, and Mara Wilson in it? Spoiler alert, it sucks big time!
