We love Dragon Ball here at Geek’s Oasis and we recently had a look at the best Broly action figures and felt that we simply had to try and find the best Goku action figure next!
We feel it is fair to say that Goku is the most recognizable and famous anime character of all time and Dragon Ball is just as popular now as it has ever been.
There have always been Dragon Ball action figures and collectibles, but they are far more “mainstream” these days and easier to get a hold of which is awesome.
So Many Goku Action Figures! How Did We Narrow It Down?
No matter if we are looking at the best Star Wars Retro Collection action figures or the best Miles Morales action figures, we always look to our own collections and what we think is cool online at the moment.
That was certainly the case here, we did dig out the phone book and try to give Master Roshi a call to try and help us out with some training but turns out he is unlisted so we had to do this on our own.
Thankfully, we had Picalo to babysit our kids and pets so we had a bit more free time to search!
Why We At Geek’s Oasis Love It
We just love this Evolve line from Bandai Namco! It is so awesome to have an affordable and readily available series of Dragon Ball action figures out there. The first Goku action figure on our list today is this very cool Super Saiyan Goku!
He looks so badass, he is fully possible and this series is known for its bright and colorful carding which is great if you are a mint-on-card collector. We also love the battle damage on his pants which gives them a more dynamic look.

Why we At Geek’s Oasis Love It
The Dragon Stars series of Dragon Ball action figures is like the DC Multiverse of the Dragon Ball world (check out our Batman Beyond action figure guide for more on that).
These are super articulated and highly detailed figures but at an affordable price. As you would expect there is more than one Goku action figure in this line, but we are looking at his standard, basic if you will, Goku.
This is an interpretation of Goku that simply must be in all Dragon Ball collections!

Why We At Geek’s Oasis Love It
How can you not love this awesome 12-inch line of Dragon Ball action figures? We thought that they would maybe make a couple of figures, but this line has just grown and grown and can be a full collection of its own!
We went for the Super Saiyan Goku action figure here! He looks just like he does on the TV show and these figures look so awesome when displayed. What they lack in detailed articulation as you get in the Dragon Stars line, they more than make up for in sheer presence!

Why We At Geek’s Oasis Love It
We have looked at a few S.H.Figuarts figures such as an awesome one in our Thor action figure guide. However, while these are usually expensive, we have noticed that the Dragon Ball figures are more reasonably priced which is great.
With this, you get that awesome articulation, great facial sculpt, and some fun accessories that allow you to have a great time posing and displaying your figure. If you want a more classic-looking Goku action figure in your collection, this is perfect.

Why We At Geek’s Oasis Love It
We really wanted another figure from the Dragon Ball Super Evolve series on our Goku action figure list and went for this really cool Ultra Instinct version. You can just see the focus on his face as he unleashes all his power.
He has a super ripped body and it is just a really fun and more interesting version of Goku that we do not feel has been represented in an action-figure form quite as much as some of his other looks.

Why We At Geek’s Oasis Love It
We love a good two-pack here at Geek’s Oasis and one of the best two-packs in the Dragon Stars line is this epic Janenba VS Super Saiyan Gogeta set. Gogeta is the fusion of Vegeta and Goku who needed to fuse to stop the evil and maniacal Janenba!
You get a bunch of cool accessories such as extra hands and weapons so you can have a lot of fun displaying this. Also, while we love the Gogeta figure, we must admit that this Janenba is one of the most eye-catching figures in this entire line!

Why We At Geek’s Oasis Love It
We could honestly do a whole Goku action figure guide and have nothing but Funko Pops on it as there are so many! However, for this one, we are going with this freaking adorable Pop based on the original Dragon Ball series with the younger-looking Goku.
We love the detailing on his gi and think that his bo-staff not to mention the fact he is on the Flying Nimbus make this a really fun Funko Pop and one that would look great in your collection.

Why We At Geek’s Oasis Love It
If you want a Goku action figure that looks badass and gives you many different display options, this offering of Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku from S.H.Figuarts is perfect.
This is one of the most spectacular-looking figures in this line. That blue hair really does shine, but it is the extra hands and facial sculpts along with that dynamic possibility that allows you to have some fun and display this figure in all kinds of awesome ways.

If you want something epic, it does not get much more epic than this awesome Goku statue. Yes, we are looking at Goku action figures today, but this was so amazing we had to include it.
This is depicting the scene where Goku flies from the Earth to finally put Frieza in his place! It is a truly amazing piece that would look amazing in any Dragon Ball collection. If you want something that will be a real showcase in your Dragon Ball collection, this is it!

Why We At Geek’s Oasis Love It
What better way to end our quest for the best Goku action figure than with another Pop? This is a “special edition” Funko Pop so those that love having that sticker on the box will get a huge kick out of this.
What we love about this Goku Pop is that while Super Saiyan Goku is awesome the “special edition” of this has the blue energy bolts zapping around his body which makes for a really cool effect.
