Today we are having some real fun as we share with your our favorite movie puzzles! We have already looked at stuff like Friends puzzles, puzzles from the MCU, and more and now we are smashing those and some other movies that we love together in one place!
We have some real classic movies for here you here and we assure you that these are going to be puzzles that you have a great deal of fun with.
One thing we do have to mention is that this list of movie puzzles we have come up with today is a very diverse list! We have puzzles ranging from 500 to 3000 pieces on this list so there really is a puzzle for everyone.
Finding The Perfect Movie And The Perfect Puzzle!
Is there anything more brutal than spending 20 minutes scrolling through Netflix trying to find something to watch, only to end up watching something that you have already seen a million times before?
When we decided that we were putting together this list of movie puzzles, we had a similar thing! Ultimately, the way we came up with this list was that each person in the Geek’s Oasis office picked one that they felt captured one of their favorite movies perfectly!

You know we are pretty sure that if you are putting together a list of the best movie puzzles, Star Wars has to be on it. We actually have done a whole post about the best Star Wars puzzles and this one should have been on there.

Why We At Geek’s Oasis Love It
”It’s showtime” We looked at some Disney puzzles recently and we had one that was from the same series as this Beetlejuice Movie there.
The idea of this series is for it to look like a VHS rental case that you would see on the shelf at Blockbuster Video back in the 90s.
It is a 500-piece jigsaw, so it will be challenging, but not too challenging if you know what we mean! Plus, as well as the jigsaw, you have this awesome VHS-style box that you can display too.

Why We At Geek’s Oasis Love It
As soon as we started putting together this list of movie puzzles, we knew that there had to be a Harry Potter puzzle on this list, but which one?
We decided to break out the old spell book to get some guidance, but after a little mishap which resulted in a Hippogriff being unleashed in the Geek’s Oasis breakroom that devoured someone’s birthday cake!
We decided to pick this Harry Potter Movie Collage puzzle as it has all of the iconic characters from the movies in one epic-looking collage.
From Harry to him who shall not be named, this puzzle captures all of the iconic characters in one image! Plus, at 1000 pieces, you will need a degree from Hogwarts to put this together!

The MCU had to feature on our list of the best movie puzzles and we felt that this one here was great as it captured so many movies. It features all the phases (as of writing) of the MCU ranging from the original Iron Man movie, Guardians of the Galaxy, Thor Ragnarök, and even the Avengers movies as well.
Now, as this is a 3000-piece jigsaw puzzle, it is going to pose one heck of a challenge so you may need to be as strong as Hulk, brave as Thor, and as smart as Tony Stark to put this together!

If you checked out our Disney puzzles article we did recently, you know that we have some huge Disney nerds here in the Geek’s Oasis office. We felt that Pixar deserved some love and that is why this Ceaco Disney Pixar Movie Posters made our best movie puzzles list.
Coming in at 2000 pieces, this is going to be a very challenging puzzle to put together. Why We At Geek’s Oasis Love It
You remind me of the babe! We love Labyrinth and think that it is one of the best fantasy movies of all time and arguably the best work Jim Henson ever did! This movie is truly epic and “should you need us” we are here to tell you that this is one of the best movie puzzles on this entire list!
This comes in at 500 pieces and features the iconic David Bowie front and center! It captures the movie perfectly and you will have to have your wits about you as one wrong move here could see you falling into the Bog of Eternal Stench!
However, we know a guy called Ludo, that is always looking for a friend….. we are not sure how good he will be at putting the puzzle together, but he will be there for emotional support!

Should I get a puzzle based on a movie poster or movie image?
More than likely when you are looking at movie puzzles, you are either looking at one that is based on a film poster/cover or one that is some kind of collage or iconic scene from a movie. It really is up to you which one you go for.
We feel, that there is just something so cool about having a movie poster hanging on a wall, especially one that is a jigsaw puzzle you have put together. However, there is no denying that having a bunch of your favorite characters featured all in one image is very appealing too!
We suggest, that you go for whichever one you feel would look best on your wall.
What piece count should I consider?
One of the best things about looking at movie puzzles is that they come in all shapes and sizes. If we take the MCU for example. You can easily find puzzles that are anywhere from 300 to 3000 pieces!
This makes finding a puzzle that is ideal for your skill level or the person you are buying it for much easier. If you want a challenge, go for more pieces, if you just want something that is going to look cool on your wall, perhaps think about one with fewer pieces.
Is a movie puzzle something for a game night?
Absolutely, but there are some really cool movie-themed board games too, like a Blockbuster party game and the awesome board game based on Back to the future movie.

We feel that we have a really good mix of awesome movies on our movie puzzle list! Truth be told, in the research that we did putting this list together, we discovered that pretty much any major movie of the last 40 years has been turned into a puzzle!
What we have for you is but a drip in the ocean of the massive amount of puzzles based on movies that are out there. If you have a movie you love more than any other, with a bit of looking around, we would wager that there is a jigsaw puzzle based on it somewhere out there.
