We love Pokémon here at Geek's Oasis and a few people in the office have even been playing since the original Red and Blue days. There is no shortage of Pokémon puzzles out there, seriously, there have to be hundreds and hundreds of different puzzles based around the awesome franchise that is Pokémon!
A puzzle can be such a good way for someone to keep their mind active and keep their hands busy. However, they are also a lot of fun, especially when they are based on something that is as awesome as Pokémon.
Trying To Catch Them All!

We have gone for a mixture of traditional jigsaw puzzles as well as building block-style puzzles so there will be something for every Pokémon fan on this list.

Here we have another block-based addition to our best Pokémon puzzles list. The reason that we went for this Nanoblock Charmander is that everyone in the Geek's Oasis office just fell in love with it.
There is a whole series of these Nanoblock Pokémon sets and while they look like they would be very easy, these are much more complicated than LEGO or even MEGA sets. The reason is that these blocks are tiny, so your hand-eye coordination and your fine motor skills will get a good workout!

FAQ About Pokémon Puzzles
We know that with so much variety, you may have a few questions, heck Ash has been trying to catch them all for decades at this point and he still asks questions every episode. We have a few frequently asked questions to help your puzzle choice a bit easier.
Blocks Or Pieces?
As you have seen we have a mixture of traditional-style Pokemon puzzles and block-based puzzles. In an ideal world, you could get one of each to try! However, we would suggest going for which one you feel most comfortable with.
If you get a standard jigsaw puzzle, you can put it in a puzzle frame and display it. Blocks on the other hand give you a cool little collectible to put on your shelf.
Why Do So Many Pokémon Puzzles Say They Are For Kids?
One thing that may put some people off getting a really cool Pokémon puzzle is that some of them go out of their way to say that they are for kids.
We would suggest that you do not get too hung up on it, remember how annoying it was when Iris would always call Ash a kid in the Pokémon TV show?
Some sellers just think that Pokémon is for kids and that is why they advertise them as being for kids. If you think a puzzle looks cool and you like it, go for it! Do not be put off by what the recommended age is or what it says in the description.
Also, if you're into gaming, chasing Pokémons is just so much fun regardless of how old you are! You can see adults in buses catching them, and for some reason, you often find a bunch of grown-ups standing near those Pokémon Gyms.
Some Parting Wisdom From Fellow Pokémon Connoisseurs
Remember when Cilan used to love to brag that he was a Pokémon connoisseur? Anyway, we love Pokémon just as much as you do and we feel that these Pokémon puzzles are a great way to embrace your fandom in a fun way.
It is awesome to play the Pokémon games, collect the figures, and the cards, watch the anime, and so on. However, with a puzzle, you are getting something that is good for your mind as well and that is pretty cool.
